Since BEFORE we started our podcast, coaching, everything… we had a vision of starting a COMMUNITY—to create a space for life-giving connections, dialogues, & relationships!

THE OVERFLOW COLLECTIVE comes from the idea that we CANNOT give what we HAVEN’T received ourselves; we want to "overflow" from a MORE-THAN-FULL cup, not one that's running empty!

➡️ We want to RELEARN what it means + looks like to truly align our professional + personal lives to GOD’S DESIGN, HEART, & PURPOSES.

➡️ We want to be led & empowered by the SPIRIT, not our own limited strength.

➡️ We want to live, serve, & shine God’s light IN our work (where most of us spend most of our time) from a place of PEACE & POWER, not striving or performance.

➡️ We are all called to be salt + light in the world…

❌ But we can’t do that if our salt is stale, or our light keeps running out…

That’s why we need each other.

REGARDLESS of where you are in your career journey / professional life, our hope is that this group is a SAFE SPACE where we can vulnerably share our struggles/prayer requests, wins/praise reports - without fear of judgment.

We want this to be a space for believers to connect with other like-minded brothers & sisters as we learn to PARTNER WITH GOD in our work & lives - spiritually, emotionally, practically, HOLISTICALLY… ✨ 

…So that we can reflect his love & light to all those around us—at work, at home, in our neighborhoods, on social media—BOLDLY, BRIGHTLY, & from a place of true ABIDING OVERFLOW. 🌊
