P.S. Happy belated Thanksgiving!! We had a great past week spending quality time with friends, family, each other, and God 🙂 

One of our fun highlights was running into one of our health HEROES, Dr. Amen, at a huge mall in Southern California!

We were so sweaty afterwards, we had to take off our jackets…

Oh and ALSO discovering that hard-boiled eggs cause Alex to hiccup nonstop!! At least when he eats them quickly. We’ve yet to properly / more accurately A/B test but highly suspect this to be the cause… Let us know if you can relate tho 🤣
